Caster sugar (100g)

White rum (60 ml)

200ml tequila

Triple sec (100ml)

Freshly squeezed blood orange juice (150ml)

1 lime


Combine the sugar, chili powder, and sea salt flakes. Put a sliced blood orange over each glass before being coating with the salt-and-sugar mixture. There should be a lot of crushed ice in each glass.
